3. Payments and Pricing
- All service charges will be communicated before the commencement of work.

- Advance payments, where applicable, are required before starting a project.
- Advertising budgets are separate from DAX Media's service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
4. Social Media Management
For social media management services:
- Content will be created and published according to the agreed content calendar.
- The number of posts, reels, stories, and other deliverables will depend on the selected package.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
- DAX Media is not responsible for platform restrictions, account suspensions, algorithm changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
- Engagement, followers, reach, impressions, and sales are not guaranteed.
5. Advertising and Marketing Disclaimer
DAX Media provides advertising strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and management services.
However:
- Advertising results depend on several factors, including budget, competition, audience behavior, product quality, and market conditions.
- We do not guarantee specific leads, conversions, sales, website traffic, or return on investment.
- Advertising costs are generally paid directly to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.
- DAX Media is not responsible for ad account restrictions, policy changes, disapprovals, or platform-related disruptions beyond our control.
6. SEO Disclaimer

- We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or a fixed timeline for ranking improvements.
- Search engine algorithms and ranking factors may change without notice.

7. Website Design and Development

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate website content and business information.

8. Revisions and Modifications
- Revisions will be provided according to the agreed service package or project scope.
- Major changes after approval may be treated as additional work.
- Changes in project direction, design concepts, or requirements may affect delivery timelines and costs.
- Once content has been approved and published, further modifications may be chargeable.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Clients retain ownership of their original logos, business materials, and content supplied to DAX Media.
- Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be governed by the relevant project or service agreement.
- DAX Media retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, working files, strategies, and proprietary resources unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- DAX Media may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media channels unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Third-party assets, fonts, music, images, and software remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
10. Cancellation and Termination
- Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice.
- Any outstanding payments for work already completed or expenses already incurred must be cleared.
- Advance payments for work already commenced are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the agreed contract.
- DAX Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activities, or breach of these terms.
- Any applicable notice period will be governed by the individual service agreement.

- Loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated sales.
